Eight associates from the Surgery Department attended a day long seminar which was funded by the Foundation's Staff Education Program. The seminar provided them with information essential for the improved outcomes of surgical patients.
Included in their seminar was the importance of safety in the operating room, anesthesia emergencies, steps involved for caring for patients undergoing total knee replacements and much more.
