Kenmore Mercy Foundation Hosts

Donor Appreciation Event

BPO.jpgEach year, the Kenmore Mercy Foundation hosts a special evening in appreciation of our donors. This year's event was held backstage at Kleinhan's Music Hall in the exclusive Livingston Hall. The event was attended by over 80 guests who had generously contributed $500 or more to the Foundation in 2011. A pre-event reception was held offering guests the chance to socialize while sampling an array of gourmet hors d'oeuvres from Oliver's Restaurant. Guests also received a private welcome and overview of the program from Alex Jokipii, Principal Trumpet of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. The evening continued with Dvorak's Symphony No. 9, "From the New World," conducted by JoAnn Falletta. At the close of the evening program guests were, once again, invited backstage to join musicians from the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and the Foundation Board of Trustees and staff for a post concert reception.
