Anthony B. H. Habib
Anthony B. H. Habib serves as President of the Kenmore Mercy Foundation Board of Trustees. Anthony's relationship began with the Foundation in January of 2003.
Anthony served as President of Petri Baking Products, Inc. until 2012 where his primary responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day operations as well as the company’s strategic planning. Before joining Petri Baking Products, Anthony was a legislative staff assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Commerce. Anthony worked with Committee counsel and Congressional staff from individual member’s offices on developing legislation.
Anthony and the Habib family have been extremely involved in sponsoring The Kenmore Mercy Foundation Golf & Wine Event and A Tribute to Angels for over ten years. Their involvement has been significant for the growth of the Foundation.
In 2008, the Habib Family was awarded the Sister Mary Mechtilde Memorial Award at the Foundation's A Tribute to Angels event. The award was established in 1980 by the Kenmore Mercy Foundation. Its purpose is to honor outstanding individuals in the community who have demonstrated a dedication to community service, visionary leadership, excellence in medical care and the ideals of unselfish service towards others; qualities exemplified by Sister Mary Mechtilde O’Connor, RSM, foundress and first administrator of Kenmore Mercy Hospital.
