Sam Yi, M.D. serves as Director and Staff Physician of CCS Oncology and is a member of the Kenmore Mercy Foundation Board of Trustees.
Dr. Yi earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Columbia University and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. His training in radiation oncology was also completed in Rochester where he became a Chief Resident. Dr. Yi is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and has the following licenses: New York Medical License, Advance Cardiac Life Support, Patient Safety and Human Subject Protection Progam.
Dr. Yi’s strong research background has resulted in numerous publications and national abstract presentations including an oral presentation at the 89th Scientific Meeting and Annual Assembly of Radiological Society of North America in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Yi is a member of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, the Radiological Society of North America, the American College of Radiation Oncology, the American Brachytherapy Society and the American College of Radiology.
