Michael R. Moravec, ESQ
Michael R. Moravec serves as one of the partners at Phillips Lytle, LLP and is also a member of the Kenmore Mercy Foundation Board of Trustees. He has been an active member of the Board for 28 years come December.

Michael concentrates his practice in the area of employment and labor law including labor arbitrations, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, client counseling and client training. His practice includes the representation of clients in state and federal courts and before various state and federal administrative agencies, including the National Labor Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the New York State Public Employment Relations Board, and all Divisions of the New York State Department of Labor. His work also consists of authoring and contributing to numerous publications that have been featured at many area seminars.
Aside from his long running history with the Kenmore Mercy Foundation, Michael is active with the United Way House of Delegates,
In 2003, he was honored at Kenmore Mercy Foundation's A Tribute to Angels event with the presentation of the Sister Mary Mechtilde Memorial Award. This award was established in 1980 by the Kenmore Mercy Foundation.
