Mark Notarius is Owner of Premium Wine & Spirits and is a member of the Kenmore Mercy Foundation Board of Trustees.  

Mark began working full time in the wine business in December, 1997 upon the completion of his marketing degree from the University of Dayton. “My first memories of Premier date back to the late seventies at the age of 6 when I would play hide and seek in the warehouse. Fortunately, Premier has turned out to be as fun a place to work as it was a day care center 20 years ago!”

In the past year and a half, Mark has traveled extensively, visiting wineries in California, Washington and overseas in Germany, France and Spain. His favorite varieties are Tempranillo and Riesling, because they are interesting, easy to drink and make a great match with many foods.

Mark has been a long time financial supporter of the Foundation and has involved the Premier Group in sponsoring numerous events including The Kenmore Mercy Foundation Golf & Wine Event and A Tribute to Angels, which has been vital in the Foundation’s growth.

In 2009 Mark was honored at Kenmore Mercy Foundation’s A Tribute to Angels event where he was presented with the Sister Mary Mechtilde Memorial Award.  This prestigious award is Kenmore Mercy Hospital's highest honor, established in 1980 by the Kenmore Mercy Foundation. It recognizes outstanding individuals who have demonstrated a dedication to community service, visionary leadership and the ideals of unselfish service towards others. These qualities were exemplified by Sister Mary Mechtilde O'Connor, RSM, foundress and first administrator of Kenmore Mercy Hospital.
