Anthony B. H. Habib serves as the President of Petri Baking Products, Inc. and Treasurer of the Kenmore Mercy Foundation Board of Trustees. 

 In Anthony’s current position as President, his primary responsibilities include the overseeing of day-to-day operations as well as the company’s strategic planning.  Before joining Petri Baking Products, Inc., Anthony was a legislative staff assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Commerce.  Anthony worked with Committee counsel and Congressional staff from individual member’s offices on developing legislation.

Anthony has involved Petri Baking Products, Inc. and the Habib Family in sponsoring numerous events such as The Kenmore Mercy Foundation Golf & Wine Event and A Tribute to Angels since the early 2000’s.  Anthony and the entire Habib family's involvement has been significant for the growth of the Foundation.  

In 2008 the Habib Family was honored at the Foundation's A Tribute to Angels event with the presentation of The Sister Mary Mechtilde Memorial Award.  The Sister Mary Mechtilde Memorial Award was established in 1980 by the Kenmore Mercy Foundation. The award honors outstanding individuals in the community who have demonstrated a dedication to community service, visionary leadership, excellence in medical care and the ideals of unselfish service towards others; qualities exemplified by Sister Mary Mechtilde O’Connor, RSM, foundress and first administrator of Kenmore Mercy Hospital.
